Summary: This was a lovely hotel that dates back to 16th century, but has been upgraded for modern amenities. The staff was absolutely wonderful in every way, and the room we stayed was very comfortable. The air-con had trouble keeping up with the July heat, but we were very satisfied sleeping at night. The restaurant attached to the hotel served us a delicious meal our first night. We could not have asked for a better stay in Beaune.

Summary: The hotel wifi was very poor - I had to use the hotspot on my phone during the stay. The televison cable system needs repair - the cable would cease to operate every 5 - 10 minutes. The lobby amenities were fine, but the fitness room was in poor condition. Half of the equipment didn't work and the room was on the 4th floor under the attic (the ceiling of the room was chicken wire stapled to the roof trusses) and there was no A/C in the room. Overall the lobby and room was comfortable, but the wifi and cable is poor.

Summary: A little bit old-school interior design. But clean and well functioning with very good service. Nice garden for a meal/ breakfast. Very centrally located. Only disappointment was a promising car parking that we where offered, but… without telling we would be charge 26€ when leaving. Do not like these ”scams”.

Summary: Hotel is quite lovely and in the center of Beaune. The many wine stores, restaurants and shops nearby makes walking around the hotel area fun. City feels safe.

Summary: We’ve stayed at the Cep many times and it never lets us down. The welcome is always so friendly, the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Beaune, and having secure parking is a real bonus. The rooms are always comfortable, which makes it feel like coming back to a favourite place.
